At Keela, we believe that how we do business matters just as much as what we make.

As a growing SME, we've not always been particularly good at shouting about these efforts. We've preferred to focus on action rather than headlines. However, we recognise the importance of transparency and sharing both our progress and the areas where we're still working to improve.
