Delivery/Returns
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout. Please note, however, that there are some countries we are unable to ship to.
Yes, we do! Simply place your order as usual through www.keelaoutdoors.com using your BF postcode. Once your order is placed, please email us at enquiries@keela.co.uk with the final destination information and request for VAT removal.
Our warehouse team will process your order and ensure it’s dispatched to you via BFPO. If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to get in touch—we’re happy to help!
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-7 business days to arrive. If you need your order urgently, we offer priority shipping for an additional surcharge—please contact us to arrange this. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Please note: We close for Christmas and New Year, and there may be delays during this period.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to make the necessary changes for you.
If it’s already on its way, we’ll work with you to fix the issue or arrange for the item to be returned to us.
If you wish to exchange your Keela product, you can simply return your order, following the steps for a return, with a note on your paperwork requesting an exchange. Our team can then swap this over for you, if stock allows.
We want you to love your Keela product as you explore the great outdoors. That’s why we offer free returns for mainland UK. You can find more information about our free mainland UK returns here.
For returns from outside mainland UK or overseas, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We process returns as soon as they arrive, however during extremely busy periods please allow 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.

Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or text with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery's progress directly on the courier's website.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it isn’t there, feel free to contact us on enquiries@keela.co.uk, where our team will be happy to help.
Products
We are so confident of our manufacturing quality that all of our products come with a years guarantee; this extends to two years for our System Dual Protection range.
Any item with a defect of material or workmanship will be replaced, repaired or refunded at the discretion of Keela for the period of the guarantee. Thereafter products damaged through wear and tear, misuse, or neglect may be repaired at a nominal charge.
